Q: Will this work with my TV and Internet?
A: Yes. VseeBox is compatible with any TV that has an HDMI port.
For the internet, we recommend a stable connection of 15 Mbps or higher. You can connect via:

  • WiFi (Dual-band 2.4G/5G supported)

Q: Can I use the box in other countries?
A: Yes, the VseeBox hardware is not region-locked. It can be used anywhere with a stable internet connection. It is a great travel companion.

Q: How do I update the system?
A: VseeBox supports OTA (Over-The-Air) updates. When a new system version is available to improve performance or fix bugs, you will see a notification on your home screen to update with just one click.

Q: The remote control isn't responding?
A:

  1. Please check if the batteries are inserted correctly.
  2. For Bluetooth remotes (V6 Max/Elite Ultra), ensure it is paired in the Settings > Bluetooth menu.
  3. If it still doesn't work, contact us for a replacement.

Q: My VSEEBOX is buffering or lagging. What should I do?

Troubleshooting Steps:
