1. GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure your package is delivered correctly and within the advertised time frames, please double-check that your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at the time of purchase. The correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or building numbers, and any necessary route information is crucial for timely delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misdirected, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders require a processing time before they are handed over to the carrier. This processing time is separate from the actual transit time. We strive to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMELINES
We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to our customers within the contiguous United States.

- Primary Shipping Method: We primarily use FedEx 2Day® service for most orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 2 business days after the package is picked up by FedEx from our fulfillment center.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States (Address: 
1777 62ND ST,BROOKLYN NY 1120).

- Service Area: Please note that our standard FedEx 2Day® service and delivery guarantee apply only to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States). Services do not cover shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Orders destined for these areas may require alternative shipping methods, and delivery times will vary. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

4. DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery issue, or if your tracking information states that the package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us at info@vseebox-shop.com within 10 calendar days of the estimated delivery date to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that this process can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the carrier's investigation. We are not responsible for packages that are reported as "delivered" by the carrier's tracking system. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we and our carrier partners strive for on-time delivery, circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or carrier processing issues) may occasionally cause delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking information becomes available and will be sent to you via email once your package has been picked up by the carrier.
